Donald C. Auclair

President and CEO

Mr. Auclair has been involved in the transportation industry since 1965. From then through 1999 he held multiple long haul over the road contracts for the United States Postal Service. He also expanded these services to include warehousing at his Dallas headquarters. In 1974 he formed a company to provide air charter transportation for a local financial institution. Over the years he has developed programs to service the banking industry through ground, commercial airline and company operated charter routes. He has a reputation as one of the innovators who could custom design solutions for his customers.

Roy Bassham

Vice President and CFO

Mr. Bassham, a graduate of Southern Methodist University has a BBA in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in the State of Texas), a Certified Financial Planner and has the Fellow Award from the National Association of Credit Management. He has 24 years of public accounting experience. Prior to working in the public arena, he was employed in industry. His extensive industry experience included being Vice President and General Manager of a regional concrete company employing 150 and operating 5 plants with 65 delivery trucks and as manager of cost accounting, Southwest Region for a Fortune 500 company.

Camm A. Eddy

Vice President, Customer Relations

Ms. Eddy has been involved in the transportation business since 1971, first in over the road trucking and later she was a founding employee of Mr. Auclair’s venture which was formed to provide service exclusively for the financial institution market. She has served as an officer of CirrusAir, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Financial and Legal Express, Inc.

David R. Wilkins

Director of Operations

Mr. Wilkins has financial institution transportation experience dating to 1983. During that time he has performed all duties associated with the movement of back room materials for all of the major institutions in this market. He has served as an officer of two of the regional transportation providers, CirrusAir, Inc. and Telesis Express, Inc.
